Book *exclusive first floor access to The Dreamer’s Loft during the week (and outside operating hours) for content creation, mini sessions, and more (at an incredible, pro-rated price)!
This booking also includes the conference room for a staging room, photos, or just for a quick change of clothes. Your booking covers anyone you bring along with you for your session - you do not need day passes for your clients. This rental is strictly for first floor use only. If your clients wish to utilize the upstairs for the day outside your photo session or you wish to shoot upstairs, please let us know prior to your rental.
DON’T FORGET to book enough time for set-up and breakdown! Your access will start at your booking time and you must be out by the end of your booking time.
EXCLUSIVE, BUT NOT PRIVATE: Exclusive means you can “set up shop” downstairs! While co-workers will still be coming and going and the space isn’t private during co-working hours, you will have exclusive access to the installs and the first floor during your appointment slot.

WANT TO SHOOT FRI-SUN? Inquire here! Weekend rentals are available for $150/hr with a 2hour minimum and gives you access to the entire building!
