The Dreamer’s Loft is conveniently right off I-44, just 7 minutes from Downtown and 15 minutes from Clayton. Find us at 2710 Lafayette Ave St. Louis, MO 63104. We are the big (and gorgeous) pink building. You can’t miss us!

It’s FREE baby! We have ample free lot and street parking available. Additionally, we have a huge fenced in parking lot on the West side of our building.

We kick off the good vibes Monday-Thursday from 8a-6p. Dreamers will have access to the building via the east key pad door. DL Team Members are in the building appx 9a-4p. The front door will be unlocked during these hours. If your conference room reservation/meeting runs long or past closing, that’s typically not problem. Just talk with your DL contact about it ahead of time!

If you’re looking for a quiet, library vibe, The Dreamer’s Loft is not it! Think hip, coffee house vibes. Music will always be playing, people will be chatting and moving about, and the overall energy is high. We recommend bringing headphones if you need to tune out the noise and focus!

Absolutely! Enjoy full access to our vibrant workspace, high-speed Wi-Fi, and all the good vibes you can handle. Day passes can be purchased here. Any photography taken during co-working hours must be non-disruptive (think, single camera and model - no props or equipment). Wanting more flexibility on your photography? Plan your visit during a Content Creation Days , reserve the first floor or rent the space exclusively in the evening or weekends!

We love meeting new faces! Your special guest can find a comfy seat, grab a cup of coffee from our amazing coffee bar, and soak up all the good vibes The Dreamer’s Loft has to offer. If you’re hosting a traditional client meeting, this person does not need a day-pass. This is designed for a short, hour-long meeting specifically with you - you’re reviewing contracts, think about if you were hosting them in your own office. They come in, meet, then leave. If they came in early and/or stayed late and used your internet, hung out on your couch, ate your snacks, and worked independently beyond your meeting, you’d ask them to share rent. Same with us :). We’d love for them to stay and hang - they just need a day-pass. If you and this person are having a 2-3 hour brainstorm session, that person needs a day pass.

NOTE: Photography + branding sessions are not meetings. If you are photographing in the space, please see the Photography FAQs. Everyone in your party needs a day-pass, even the person capturing your social media or assisting you.

We’ve got a rockin’ variety - from communal hangouts to solo desk adventures. No assigned seating here though. So, come in, grab a seat that matches your mood, and let’s get to work. 💪 We have 15 dedicated work desks, several lounges, and bistro style seating.

We’ve got the perfect private space for your group brainstorming sessions, retreats, team meet ups or in-person client meetings. Located on the first floor, the room can comfortably accommodate 10 individuals. Members will be able to reserve this space ahead of time.

The Conference Room can be reserved under a day pass/punch card pass for up to 2 hours at a time.

Elevate your virtual game and impress your audience by utilizing one of our three dedicated, designer Zoom Rooms. The real question is, which one will be your fav?!

We get it! Sometimes you need to work late or a client needs to meet after regular business hours. This isn't a problem at all! Just let us know when this might come up and we'll just ask that you text us when you leave so we can set the alarm remotely. The east door will lock behind you.

Reminder - The front door is locked by our staff typically around 4:00p, but you will have access via a keypad door and that will lock automatically upon leaving.

Our vibrant coworking space features a fully-equipped kitchenette where you'll find a refrigerator and microwave. Please keep it tidy, we aintcho mama (and she shouldn’t have to do that either!). We will be throwing out old food, so take that salad bowl home at the end of the day, pretty please!

We've got complimentary coffee and water. Is there really anything else? ☕️

We love our furry friends! Bringing pets to The Dreamer's Loft is handled on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out directly for more info so we can make sure your pup is ready to mingle and we can set them up for a successful day among our co-workers. We do ask that your pet not sit on the furniture.

Yes! While we designed the space to cater to the female spirit, we welcome anyone and everyone here. Bottom line, if you are a positive person who thrives in a creative atmosphere, this space is for you! Our goal is to uplift our members and the female spirit, so it’s important you share the mindset!

Here's the scoop: Memberships are month-to-month and you can cancel at any time! You will need to let us know in writing (aka email) and your membership will cancel at the time of your next scheduled payment. No fee to sign up again if you need to lapse for a month or two. You’re welcome back anytime!
