CHOOSE THE OPTION THAT BEST FITS YOUR SESSION!
OPTION 1 - CONTENT SPEED PASS (mon-thur | parties up to 3) - $20pp per hour
The Content Speed Pass is ideal for quick creative shots, roaming content creation, branding photography, and parties up to 3, including the photographer, assistants, models, etc. This pass is not designed for lengthy or complex shoots with props, cumbersome equipment, multiple outfit changes, or sessions with more than 3 people in attendance. If you have more than 3 people in your party - in total - it is best to do Option #2 or #3.
Everyone in your party requires a pass. You can buy them all at once in our booking system or let everyone in your party purchase their own pass. It’s $20 per person per hour. → One person - $20/hr, 2 people is $40/hr, 3 people is $60/hr

No specific area or install is reserved with this option.
Time slots are hourly, book as many hours as you’d like/need - don’t forget to budget time for any arrival/prep needed! Day of, if you find you need more time, as long as no one is booked behind you, you are free to add hours. Chat with Elyse or Jody day of.
If your client has tons of outfit changes and props, Option #2 or #3 is for you!

OPTION 2 - RESERVE THE FIRST FLOOR - (mon-thur) | $75 per hour
This option is great for groups, mini sessions, or individuals who just want to spread out and get creative! You receive exclusive (but not private) access to the first floor, which includes the conference room you can use as a home base for changing, prep, etc. Bring your equipment, props, outfit changes, and more!
Access to the second floor is permitted during your time slot, but…
Groups and families are not allowed to photograph upstairs during co-working hours. You can take individuals upstairs for quick, non-disruptive shots within your rented time slot.

OPTION 3 - PRIVATE RENTAL (mon-thur after 6p | fri-sun) - $100/hr, 2 hour min
Want to set up shop, roam around and have the freedom to do whatever you want? You’ll have completely private use of our space - first and second floors!
Space rental requires a contract and cannot be booked directly online. Please inquire here.
This rate is exclusive to photographers and photography sessions. If you are hosting an event, event rental rates will be incurred.
